What happens after the free trial?
After 2 weeks, you can choose to subscribe at $50/month. If you decide it's not for you, your account is simply deactivated — no charges, no hassle.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely. No long-term contracts. Cancel any month and you won't be charged again. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period.
Are there transaction fees on payments?
Round Circle uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's standard fees apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), but we don't add any additional fees on top.
How many students or classes can I have?
Unlimited. Whether you run 5 classes a week or 50, and whether you have 20 students or 200, the price stays the same.
Do students need to pay for anything?
Students use the Round Circle mobile app for free. They only pay for class packages or drop-in sessions that you set up through your studio dashboard.
